Can do a post on yongnam?

Hi Chia,

Hmmm... There isn't much more to say that has not been reported in the media really.

I am staying invested because I believe the company is going through a rough patch and that things will get better with all the opportunities out there in the next few years. :)

Bananas left in fridge degrade fast.

Don't leave your banana cold.

Hi E H,

Skin looks bad but everything still good on the inside. ;p

50 cents?

What you swallow may not be fine. Better let your banana hang loose outside.

Hi PIB,

You think so? I am not sure actually. Sounds like a fairly good guess. LOL. ;p

Hi E H,

Ahem... er... ahem... -.-"

Hey ak,
I am also staying vested in yongnam.

:)

Hi Roy,

Comrades in arms, we are. LOL. ;p

Yongnam has an experienced management and a proven track record. It also has the critical mass to take on very large and multiple projects.

With so many projects up for grabs, it is inconceivable that Yongnam will not get its fair share or more than its fair share if they are lucky.

Having said this, I will stay cautious and not add to my long position unless its share price should weaken further. 20c? Perhaps. 18c? Yikes, probably. ;p

Hey ak,
Thank you very much for your personal feedback. I know we have a few iconic projects coming up in pipeline in singapore. Yongnam will definitely get something.

Having said that, overall sentiments for construction industry will be pessimistic. Hence, I don't think we should be too heavy on construction related stocks. Esp if their market only in singapore.

I will also come in more slightly about $0.17 after reading the cmib report.

By the way, happy national day!

Hi Roy,

I agree that this is turning out to be a tough year for Yongnam.

However, I am not too sure that Yongnam is worth only 17c a share, taking into consideration its NAV of almost 24c a share.

Well, crossing fingers. ;)

I'd estimate 30 to 50 cents. Of course, if your banana was left over by somebody in the office fridge, and if the tea bag was provided in office coffee break, I guess it would be 0 cents in that case.

For mine, usually 0 cents. I don't take tea breaks. 8)

Came across a very good quote on personal finance while reading some story book. May as well share here.

"The fool will spend his money on worthless thing, the wise will spend his money to better himself. A man's worth can be measured by how he spends his money"

Very simple yet profound. :)

Hi Solace,

Oh, dear. I just spent almost $10.00 on chocolates over the weekend at a discount store... -.-"

Thanks for the quotation. ;)
