hmmm...so what's your take on this then? Today it's traded at 0.21c, still 28% from NAV.
ReplyDeleteIs it worth buying it now or wait for it to drop after XD?
Hi Png,
ReplyDeleteAt 21c, it is a 22.3% discount to NAV/unit of 27c. With an expected DPU of at least 2c per year, yield is a very comfortable 9.52%. This is one undervalued REIT. To buy now or later? I leave it to you. :)
Hi AK71..
ReplyDeleteI've been following your blog on AIMS article.. very interesting and in depth finding..I ve invested a tiny amount on it for the first time in my life..so i m rather ignorance & sotong when to dividend distribution..
Can let me know since I bought some units on 31 Dec 2010.. am i entitle to their advance distribution paid out on 28 Mar and the coming one on 8 June....
Thanks..:)
Hi Anonymous,
ReplyDeleteYes, you are entitled to the advance distribution which you should have received by now and, yes, you are entitled to the distribution payable on 8 June (if you do not sell away your units). :-)
Could you include your name or initials in future comments? Thanks. :)
Good news that complimented the blue-skies day.
ReplyDeleteHuat ah..

hi AK71,
ReplyDeleteI shared the same investment objective of passive income as yours and like your blog posting.
I have not vested into this counter and looking at the current DPU (mere 0.255c) I would rather wait for XD to accumulate.
Hi SnOOpy168,
ReplyDeleteRather good news. Yes. :)
Hi keoco,
ReplyDeleteSure, we would all like to accumulate at lower prices. Good luck. :)
Hi AK71..
ReplyDeleteThanks for your info..
Hahaha...great to know that i'll have extra $ for tea-break kopi.
Cheers and have a nice look weekend..

Hi
ReplyDeleteI am just starting to read your blog..
May I know what is XD?
Hi Cheng,
ReplyDeletePerhaps, enough for a curry puff as well? ;)
The long weekend is a long weekend of work for me as usual but I will try to enjoy it. Thanks. :)

Welcome to the world of investments. :)
"advance distribution paid out on 28 Mar"
ReplyDelete= nothing left to pay thereafter?
Hi Anonymous,
ReplyDeleteIncome distributions take place every 3 months. The most recent distribution happened just last week. :)
Could you include your name or initials in future comments? Thanks.
