I bought shares of XXXX and I am worried now.

I get emails like this quite frequently:

"I am very new to investing and am learning a lot from your blog. May I seek your advice on whether to buy/sell XXXX? I have recently bought XXXX shares at $X.XX and am worried about their involvement with XXXX. Should I sell or hold?"

I always say if we know the value of our business, we will know if the market price makes sense.

If we know, then, we can take advantage of fluctuations in market prices.

I rarely recommend courses for readers to attend but I have suggested readers who are serious about becoming investors for income to attend Dividend Machines. In fact, I told some readers that they should sign up because they really need help.

Some tell me that they will wait for the next intake and I tell them if they are serious about investing for income, they should learn the ropes now.

Don't tell me "no time".

If we want to do anything, we should make time to learn how to do it first. What's so different about investing for income?

Make time to go for Dividend Machines this year. It is an online course with a 1 day workshop.

Being mostly online, you learn at your own pace and going for a one day workshop later isn't very time consuming, is it?

How much does Dividend Machines cost? Under US$300 per pax. It doesn't cost an arm and a leg.

This intake for Dividends Machines will close very soon.

To be exact, it will close at 2359 hrs on 26 Feb 2017. That is tomorrow.

  3. Hi AK,

I was curious to see if you receive any kickbacks from Dividend Machine to recommend their course on your blog?
No offence intended, I've learned quite a fair bit from your blog.
I'm just asking out of curiosity.

  5. Hi CWWL,

No need to be curious. This blog has been labelled as an "advertorial". Advertorials are paid.

I would be surprised if any blogger promoting Dividend Machines is not paid to do so.

However, I truly believe in Dividend Machines and will recommend it to any would be investor for income even if I were not paid to do so.

  6. Hi Potatoish,

I did it only once before when a reader requested. I was a bit taken aback but I agreed. I have regretted it ever since. :(

As for Dividend Machines, I hope people who need help sign up for it and make time to learn.

  7. Hi AK71,

I signed up the Dividend Machines through your blog. As i am based overseas, i won't be able to attend the conference. In your opinion, how much will i miss out? The admin at Fifth Person could not reply if there session will be recorded and uploaded to the website. Thur far i have managed to study up to the 4th factor in choosing the right stock to generate income.

    Thanks!
    Pat

  8. Hi Pat,

The one day workshop is a bonus and especially good for clearing doubts face to face with trainers. Some learn better in such an environment. If you are not able to attend and have questions, send emails to the trainers instead. I believe they provide very good support to their students. I know Rusmin spends a lot of time replying to emails from students.

I have forwarded your concerns to Kenji Tay. Hope to hear from him soon. :)

  11. Hi Pat,

Hmmmm, we do walk through the case studies during the workshops.

How long will you be based overseas? Anyhow, if you do have any questions
during your learning phase, you can see above the tabs, there is one Q&A tab,
basically, you can ask any questions that you have doubt in or how to go
about doing. Rusmin will be there to support.

We can always reserve the seats for you for our next workshop. In the mean time,
you can go through the entire course first. Any doubts, feel free to ask, it'll
help get your foundation up first too before the workshop =)
