Yes, they are still valid as eventual supports.
Immediate supports have probably moved higher.

I don't think there is any such ratio.
Frankly, in the current environment of higher interest rates and where rates are expected to stay higher for longer, REITs are not an attractive investment class.
Looking at yield alone could give a misleading view.
