Hi CL,

Wah, you going to Japan? I am so envious. I used to go when the Yen was much cheaper. It is so expensive now. Enjoy you trip and Gong Xi Fa Cai!

P.S. I don't buy Toto. I buy Big Sweep. Chances of winning is higher. ;)

Hi CL,

I hope you get to see all the Sakura flowers in full bloom. :) Free and easy is good. Japan has made it very easy for tourists to find their way around in recent years. Just go to the tourist information counter at the airport and collect as much information as you can. Then, plan your daily itinerary in advance once you settle down in your hotel. Make sure you find out the days on which the attractions are closed. Many attractions are closed one day per week in Japan.

Also, ask if you could buy a discounted train pass for tourists. You might have to show your passport to the counter staff to buy this. I enjoyed every single visit to Japan. You would too, I'm sure. :)

Oh yes, don't tip the service staff there. Tipping is not expected in Japan.
