This is what I am having for afternoon tea breaks for the next two weeks:

Bought a bag from NTUC Fairprice.
Each serving is cheaper than a curry puff.
Tastes good and is probably healthier too.

I endorse this cereal drink. Take note it is the less fat and less sugar packet. haha
I mix it with oats every now and then for breakfast.

It says "Energy 110 kcal" on the packaging. :)
Roughly equivalent to a cup of Teh-c.

And I guess a cup of cereal drink is a healthier option compared to a cup of Teh-C? ;p
